Poison Flat Trail is 5.91 miles. Uphill and ties into East Creek Trail. Very steep to Summit Trail. Located in timber and edge of meadows. Not much water or campsites near the top.

Mill Creek Campground is your starting point for a hike into the South Warner Wilderness.  A short hike to the southern shore of Clear Lake where Poison Flat Trail takes one up and out of the area high into the meadows above.  Poison Flat, a beautiful meadow, is where this trail connects with Mill Creek Trail and Summit Trail.

Horses are not allowed in the Clear Lake/Mill Creek Campground area.
